Louisa Strayhorn to Speak at Women of Power Luncheon

May  28th  Luncheon to be held at Ruth’s Chris Steak House 

Hampton Roads, VA… Louisa Strayhorn, Corporate Development Strategist and founder of Louisa Strayhorn and Associates (LSA) will be the featured speaker at the Women of Power 2009 luncheon May 28, 2009 at noon at Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Town Center, Virginia Beach.

Louisa Strayhorn is a leading business expert specializing in value engineering, business development and strategic communications. She has been managing the information, planning process and workforce development needs for domestic and international business transition for over 20 years and is known as an agent of change to her boutique consulting practice, Louisa Strayhorn and Associates (LSA). LSA Consulting, LLC specializes in a holistic approach to business development by educating individuals on the existing barriers they bring to the table and the hidden obstacles once they arrive. She is former Virginia Beach City Council member and the former Director of Virginia Department of Business Assistance (VDBA).

Women of Power 2009 is a program of Urban League and Plattinum Professional Group. They sponsor quarterly luncheons to help achieve their mission to bring together people of all cultural, ethnic and religious backgrounds for professional and personal enrichment.
